You'll learn how energy balance is key for weight-loss. Have a meal plan to guide you to success. We help you choose the correct amount of calories & protein to eat that will get you results but not feel starving or low in energy. You can eat anything you like but we make sure you develop the habits to eat better & the right amounts. More fruit/veg and protein means you will crave less sweets etc. Have more energy & fight disease. On the 12 weeks we cut out alcohol to accelerate your results.
We know when it comes to sustainable fitness habits less is more. So for the 12 weeks we follow a low intensity 5km walk everyday. Done all in one go or broken up throughout the day, with 5kg of weight added. With options to run twice a week for more advanced fitness enthusiasts. This means you won't burn out or give up in 2-3 weeks because its too much. We need to preserve your will power for diet so less is more here. This way, you can be consistent specifically when shit hits the fan in life. If you do this for 12 weeks you will see incredible results.
