Why did I build this 12 week weight loss program?

Most people want to lose weight and keep it off.

Drop several jean or shirt sizes & feel proud and confident in their bodies. Messages like this below make me very happy to do that.


Maybe you want to move better, feel better and be better for life.


But most people don't even try because they lack the belief to take action...


Or they are confused with misinformation online or the bad advice from Mark in HR who thinks carbs are bad & puts butter in his coffee.


This program is built to empower you to believe, learn and succeed in achieving your ultimate health & fitness goal. Pushing you to dream big and win big.


I bet you have tried to lose weight but can't seem to keep it off.

It seems the focus is always on losing weight rather than losing it and keeping it off.

So that's what this program focuses on. Its designed to train you to make changes that will get you results but actually keep them, by rewiring your brain to automate making better choices. The current you is the accumulation of all your past habits up until now.


The future you will be too, and this program is about creating that better, happier you. Starting with a solid mindset. Undoing your false limiting beliefs.


I have studied and worked tirelessly to learn how to change the fundamental behaviours that cause permanent lifelong results. I developed the 12 week program to do just that in a simple, realistic plan that works.

However it won't work unless you do too, so best believe I will call you out on your own bullshit excuses that are holding you back from your dream body.

Let me tell you a story...


I was overweight, had bad habits, over ate & was not into fitness. This made me lack confidence and feel stuck. Then I seen myself in a photo at my sisters wedding and was shocked at how big I was. I looked unhealthy, red faced and uncomfortable & sweaty in my clothes. This was my trigger to make the change and learn how get better.


After dedicating 3 summer months in 2009 to transforming myself I went to Electric picnic with all my friends. I didn't quite realise I done much until people who had not seen me for a while said things like


"OMG you lost so much weight you look great"


"Holy shit your arms look deadly"


"You look so much healthier & fit, well done"


See the difference below... bad photos but that's all I got because I avoided photos because I wasn't happy & confident in myself.

I studied health and fitness, nutrition, psychology and behavioural change coaching then started helping family and friends. The feeling of knowing others where feeling what I felt was very fulfilling, so I found my passion. Word of mouth helped me reach more people to help. I have worked with thousands of people now in gyms, corporate fitness and online for the last 13 years.


What I have learned is that keeping things simple and starting with mindset is the key to transformative results that last. Going too hard or strict will only backfire.


I don't work with people who just want the quick fix to drop loads of weight in a few weeks to only pile it back on. I will work with you if your ready to drop the fads, drop what your typical fitness influencer tells you & drop your excuses. I will train you to drop your excuses.


My job is to undo all the bull shit you have been led to believe about weight-loss and start getting to work on what really matters for you to get the results you want to achieve and keep them. Transforming your overall well-being and finding balance with living and being at a healthy weight.
